As a Senior Product Designer UX/UI at Bayer, I actively collaborate operationally and strategically in developing and maintaining the new webportal for monitoring and retaining royalties collected on soybeans delivered and sold by farmers at delivery points throughout Brazil.
Reporting directly to the Design Manager, I self-manage my tasks and help manage and update other designers on the team.
Some of my deliveries include:
• Research and presentations on decisions made within product development;
• Alignment of deadlines and technical feasibility with the Business and Development teams;
• Standardization and scalability in the decision-making of the Design team;
• Improvements in backlog management;
• Design actions to rollout plan for the new Design System;
• DesignOps initiatives and awareness;
• Lo-fi, Hi-fi wireframes and Prototypes;
• One-on-One interviews;
• User Tests;
• Conducting design technical interviews for new employees;
Tools used:
• Figma;
• Miro;
• Airtable;
• Hotjar;
• Datadog;
• Microsoft Teams;
Key achievements and metrics that I helped to achieve so far:
2024
• 30% increase in opening tickets via the web portal.
• 40% decrease opening tickets via call center + E-mail, also representing less call center costs and human error;

2023
• 10% increase in opening tickets via the web portal, almost 45 thousand new users. Representing of course a 10% decrease via call center + E-mail opening tickets, also representing less call center costs and human error;
• 54% increase in user engagement within the web portal;
• 95% reduction in open tickets without the need for an "Additional Volume" process;
• 50% reduction in error opening for "Additional Volume" and "Volume Transfer" processes;
